Cut the two slices of bread into small cubes. Place in a small bowl with the milk.
In a large stand mixer (or mix by hand in a large bowl), mix together the diced onion, eggs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, allspice, and the milk soaked bread.
Then add in the beef and mixed until just combined. Do not over mix or the meat will become tough.
Line a large cooking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the meat mixture into balls and place on the cooking sheet.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
