Cook the white rice (I use an instant pot - it makes the best rice!)
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and celery.
In a large deep pan, start browning and chopping the breakfast sausage.
Halfway through cooking the sausage, add in all the veggies.
Stir and cook until the veggies are almost soft and the sausage is cooked all the way through.
Create space in the pan and add the oil and garlic. Stir and cook another minute or two.
Add in the cajun seasoning, salt, and broth. Simmer for two minutes.
Stir in the white rice. Enjoy!
