Prepare the chicken. Pound them out thin, or cut them in half. Salt and Pepper each side of the chicken. Then dredge them in the flour on both sides.
In a large frying pan (or a braiser like I use in the video), heat up 4 Tbsp of the butter. Place chicken in pan and cook until finished. About 10 minutes each side. Cook times vary depending on thickness.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare your pasta in a different pot according to the package directions.
When the chicken is done, remove from the pan and place on a plate.
Put another 4 Tbsp in the pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Whisk the pan to break up any pieces on the bottom of the pan.
Whisk in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Once it comes to a slight simmer, whisk in the Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Turn off heat and add in the cooked pasta.
Serve with the sliced cooked chicken on top and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
