In a large pot, cook the noodles according to package directions.
While those are cooking, brown the hamburger meat until no longer pink.
Add Italian seasoning, ground thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped bell peppers. Cook and stir for a few minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, water, basil, and olive oil.
Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain the water from the Egg noodles, then add the noodles to your meat sauce and mix together.
Ready to serve. Top with fresh Parmesan. Enjoy!
